Philip Mead – President and CEO
Philip has been in the marine composites industry for 25 years and is a professional boat builder. Educated and raised in New Zealand Philip has been involved in some of the worlds most advanced racing and pleasure yachts from Team New Zealand’s America’s cup to Al Copland’s “Phenomenon” world record breaking race cat.
Granted US residency in 1999 by the INS based on “extraordinary skills within the marine and aviation industry” Philip remains active in both industries.
Bill Sturtz – CFO
Bill is a highly skilled executive and business leader. He has over thirty years leading three separate business units of a top fifty Fortune 500 Company (GTE, now Verizon). Over the years directed at an executive level, large engineering, service, operations and staff organizations. He led three major merger acquisition teams and was a key member working behind closed doors for six months on the GTE merger, now known as Verizon. Retired early Bill has consulted directly with CEOs of two Internet/Broadband upstart companies, one of which is now achieving over 200 million dollars in annual revenue. Bill has been past president of two boat manufacturing companies and has broad experience in all levels of business from Planning to Finance/Accounting/Operations and Manufacturing.
